Ordering is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
CHOOSE YOUR CARDS – I have dozens of individual cards for you to choose from, each an original photo from me. You may choose from the layouts I’ve already put together or design one of your own using all of the same cards or as many as four different cards on a page.
PERSONALIZE YOUR CARDS – Choose from the wording I’ve put on the cards, come up with your own message, or tell me what you need and I’ll word them for you. This is where working with a small business owner, like me, is an advantage. You aren’t forced to choose from pre–designed, pre–printed cards, but can instead choose the exact message or greeting you want to send to your patients or clients.
CHOOSE THE NUMBER OF CARDS YOU NEED – When you place your order for appointment and event reminder postcards with me, there is no minimum number of cards you have to order. You may choose as many or as few as you like, just the amount you need. This gives you the freedom to change your cards more often throughout the year if you’d like.
Get your cards in 48 hours or less!
Because all printing is done locally at the Gloucester, Virginia UPS store, your order will be completed and ready for pick up or delivery in 48 or less in most situations. Never get caught short on appointment reminder postcards again – and support small locally owned businesses with your orders.
If you’re out of the Gloucester area, The UPS Store will pack and ship your cards out to you anywhere you are. That’s what they do!

This site is new, and I'm still working on getting all of it put together. In the meantime, you can head over to my blog and see all the appointment and event reminder postcards I’ve designed. I’m on Wordpress at — no www’s — michelleharbour.wordpress.com Just click on Appointment Reminder Cards at the top of the page. Keep in mind that almost all of the photos that I share here and on my Facebook and blog pages can be used as reminder cards as well – just ask! Below are a few of the cards you’ll see over on my blog.
